All pro shop purchases must be picked up by your coach, program director or a designated pro shop liaison in batches. It is your programs job to distribute all pro shop purchases. Rock the Bow will not be individually scheduling pick-ups or shipping clothing items. Pro shop items are estimated to take approximately 3-6 weeks for completion, pick-up and distribution.
Due to the custom nature of orders, all items are final and there are no returns, refunds or exchanges of any pro shop items. Please carefully choose your design, clothing style and size when ordering.
